If I was in Anne Franks position I would think about my family, friends ,and all the things I like to do in my life. If I had to stay in an attic fo 1 year with the same people for that long I would get tired of the same people every day. I wouldn't be able to see any of my friends or go to school or play any sports.The Nazis were invading because they thought that only Germans or people with blond hair and blue eyes could live, All the Jew would either hide or get caught and be sent to concentration camp were they didn't get fed. Anne is a very patient girl If I was put in this situation I would start out being patient but I couln't stand being with te same people for 1 year strait.

That is what the Jews are going through. Also in the poem it said, " You will survive for a day, in hope for the next." That helps support how the Jews were being torchered they were working all day, and they didn't get food when they needed it. In the poem it said, " But all his demons love to vex." Vex means to torcher, which is what Hitler did he was the Jews devil. " Atop his chair, the devil rests laughing at the pain of his broken guests." That is just how Hitler is with torchering his already broken guests.
